This is the composite drawing for Camouflage Design 31a/11C drawn for the Portland class heavy cruisers dated October 28, 1944. The Measure 31a vertical colors were navy blue (5-N), ocean gray (5-O) and haze gray (5-H) with deck blue (20-B) and no pattern on the horizontal surfaces.
No other drawing for Design 11C has been found.
