This is the drawing for Measure 32 Design 8F for the Hyades class stores ships of (C2-S-E1) maritime type hull dated June 14, 1944. The Measure 32 vertical colors were dull black (BK), ocean gray (5-O) and light gray (5-L) with deck blue (20-B) for the horizontal color.

The first Design 8F drawing was for the Appalachian class amphibious command ships on April 20, 1944. Design 8F was then drawn as above for the Hyades class of stores ships with (C2-S-E1) maritime hull on June 14, 1944. Then 8F was drawn for the Bogue class escort carriers on September 1, 1944.
