This photo shows USS Monssen (DD-798) transferring a Japanese POW to the USS Windham Bay (CVE-92) on April 18, 1945. Monssen still carries a very worn camouflage 31/6D. Monssen was identified in this photo by destroyer expert Rick Davis.
